I’m Tony Muratori, a holistic health coach with over 30 years’ experience helping people rebuild their wellbeing from the ground up. My own journey began at 18, when I was in a car accident that left me with extensive spinal cord and nerve damage, a spinal fusion in three vertebrae in my lower back, and months in hospital.
I was told I might never walk again. Those words could have defined the rest of my life, but instead, they became the reason I rebuilt it.
Through persistence and curiosity about how the body heals, I proved the prognosis wrong and discovered a lifelong passion for holistic health.
That path eventually led me to the CHEK Institute - the most comprehensive system I’ve found for addressing the root causes of pain, stress, and imbalance.
