The worst thing I had before I met Tony was the constant nerve pain down my right leg. Up to meeting Tony I had seen 2-3 people with no real results and I was almost at a desperate stage as the nerve pain down my leg was highly agitating and frustrating. I knew that the pain was stemming from a couple of bulging discs in my back compressing on the nerves.

I had a few reservations before meeting Tony, largely because no one previously had been able to help my situation. Thankfully the last person I saw referred Tony as they had heard good things about him.

The process when working with Tony was fantastic. He set out a clear plan for us to work towards. He made it very clear that this wasn’t an overnight fix and would involve all the learnings taken from the CHEK holistic system that Tony had practiced. This not only involved exercises which would eventually get rid of my nerve pain, strengthen my back and core but also changing my diet in order to help with this process. Tony’s method was certainly very different to all those that I had seen before him and forever grateful I went through my journey with Tony.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best thing I achieved with Tony was getting rid of my constant nerve pain, along with now living with a much healthier diet. I honestly believe changing my diet helped enormously with the success I had with Tony’s method. I now live a very healthy lifestyle with no lower back pain and nerve pain down my leg. I’m running again which I thought wouldn’t be possible at one stage. I have even played football again which I definitely thought was not possible.
